1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions. "highbaji", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the highbaji website (https://highbaji.cam) and all services associated with it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Password sharing or account transfers are strictly prohibited. highbaji will never ask you for your password or full banking details.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

highbaji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met (Wagering Requirement: 25x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) in bets before withdrawing. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period and usage conditions.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• highbaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• A user may claim any specific bonus only once.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however highbaji reserves the right to void a bet in specific circumstances (technical errors, match abandonment, etc.).
• If any system error or bug is exploited for gain, the associated winnings may be declared void.
• For sports betting, odds may change up until the match starts and the latest odds will apply.
• The outcome of any bet affected by a network disconnection during a live casino game will be determined according to highbaji's server logs.
